Five business days to process an order has turned into two and a half months. No answer when you call, no customer service. One star is very very generous for this company.
If i could leave 0 stars i would. This business is absolutely terrible - bad in person customer service as well as by phone. I've been on hold for 30 min + all week with them with no one picking up!
Unacceptable! Don't ever go with telus mobileaxs. I can't even reach anyone to cancel my order!
