The noise from the apartment renovations NEVER stops! Hammering, grinding, drilling and jackhammers all day long six days a week. Stay away!!

Noisiest place I have ever lived. They keep doing major renovating to units in the building nearly every day and even sundays. The jackhammering and drilling is SO loud. They say its infrastructure but it isnt its just a way to jack up rents from the 70s style apts to something more modern looking. Water is always being shut down for repairs and the elevators are very slow. If you have a crying baby or barking dog nearby you will hear it clearly.. Its an old building with little sound proofing.
