One of the cashiers, Christy Thapa, who just completed my LoC monthly payment, noticed my dissatisfaction with broken online banking in our short talk, suggested she could help me resolve this issue! It took ~40 minutes and some back and forth with her manager and some forgotten/misguided/wrong old info by the bank, and even app installation on my phone, she finally proceeded to activate my account. Her knowledge, perseverance and determination, and most importantly kindness is so appreciated.
