I’ve trained with Coach Emile at the boxing loft for years. A truly dedicated technician who is committed to his clients’ progress and development, Emile offers a wealth of knowledge whether for general physical preparedness, boxing or sport specific strength and conditioning goals. Also just a great place to push yourself beyond what you knew you were capable of. The gym is intimate, functional and clean for groups. Highly recommend.
