    A week ago, I had eleven new windows installed, and I honestly don't have the words to express how happy I am. At first, the process felt a bit challenging because I had a different style and colors in mind, but the options the team suggested turned out to be so much better than what I had imagined — more interesting, more beautiful, just perfect. The whole job was done in a single day. Everything was clean and tidy — they covered all the floors, did the work, and cleaned up completely.

    The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. All of the people we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful. The installation was done on time and very well by the technician. The quality of the door and installation were as advertised. It's been 3 months since the installation and we have had no problems with the door.     It went very well. Even though it was several years after Windows by Installer had originally installed the windows, they handled the warranty work agreeably and professionally, and thoroughly (including all the metal trim work around the windows), with no additional cost to us. We're quite pleased with how seriously they take customer service!

    I couldn't be happier with the service from Windows by Installer. They were extremely responsive during the initial estimate and quote process, presented me with different options for the types of windows within my budget and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I shopped around with a number of other providers and the cost through Windows by Installer was fantastic for the quality of both the materials and the work.

    Fantastic, Professional and Courteous Alex and Crew arrived on time and ready to work! They explained everything they were going to do and made sure we understood. I was getting 10 windows installed in my Etobicoke row home. The crew also was extremely professional. They introduced themselves with a nice smile and a handshake.     Windows by Installer provided me a detailed report with his findings and photographs. Alex refused to take any money as this kind of crappy workmanship is not tolerable and as a courtesy he wanted to provide this service to me.

    My daughter hired Windows by Installer to replace seven new windows in her house and a new front door. After she inquired about pricing Alex came out very quickly to provide a quote. His pricing was very competitive and once the order was placed he and his team were extremely responsive, always returning calls and emails within the same day. Despite some issues with the manufacturer he worked to get her installation complete as soon as possible. He and his team were very respectful of her home,

    Excellent quality upvc windows and aluminium bifold doors provided by WINDOWS By INSTALLER . Friendly and helpful staff with good workmanship at a very competitive price. Would recommend and definitely use again. Great job well done.

    Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I contact multiple window companies for quotes and chose WINDOWS BY INSTALLER . I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. The windows arrived in the timeframe that they said they would. I was worried due to covid they would arrive late. I was initially told that it would take two days for instillation the guys finished in 1 day. Everyone was very professional. Really happy that I chose WINDOWS by INSTALLER .
