Hired Universal to do our backyard fencing project. Posts were installed crooked and at different depths and distances. They left garbage mostly on the front lawn, but all over the property. They showed up for work ONE day between Oct 18 and Nov 8th,2018. Had every excuse in the book as to why they could not work, even after saying they would show up. Traffic Court, truck broke down, employees were a no show, weather... We asked for 2000.00 of the 4000.00 dollar deposit back; refused.
