Worst experience ever. I went for my dating ultrasound and the technician was the worst. This is suppose to be a happy moment and it made me feel horrible. She has the worst bedside manner and is not sociable at all. I will not be going back...
I attended Alliston Diagnostic Clinic ( previously known as PACE) for a chest xray on wed aug 29th at 8:30 am. I was told that within 48 hours my results would be at my doctors office to follow up. They did not provide the results to my doctor with 48 hours and after following up with them twice on the phone after 7 days the results were still not faxed to my doctor and my doctors office had to phone them as well. I have had several ultrasounds at this facility and have had nothing but great experiences with each one. The Sonographer eased my nervousness by creating a very calming environment. The waiting area is very clean with lots of reading material, not that I had much time to read as I was taken in at the time of my appointment. My results were reported withing 24 hours giving me ample time to book my follow up appointment to discuss my results with my family doctor.Highly recommend this facility!
Bad customer service. Went for our 18 week Prenatal screen and technician did not even try to find gender and didn't complete the diagnostic that needed to be completed. Rebooked for two weeks later (today) and they advised us that they booked for next Monday and not today. The requisition form is for weeks 18-20. They messed up big time and won't even make up for it. Highly suggest that you don't come here unless you want to waste your time.
