They keep rejecti...
They keep rejecting claims based on lack of documentation so I have to call in to ask them to look again. They then find it, and confirm that they have everything they need and that they will process it the same day. They then reject it later saying that they still didn't receive the docs. It's been over a month now and they still refuse to pay out after a few phone calls.
