You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.

Drew was an incre...

Drew was an incredible customer service person to me and my bike. He came out in the rain to help me with the questions I had and were so nice to my kids. Service excellence with fast professional quality workmanship. I will spread the word about the great shop. One!

Help My Bike is Busted!!!!

I have been looking for a good shop with decent service people since i moved to Oshawa. I recently purchase a bunch of new parts for my mountain bike, and the staff were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They are primarily a Road shop but have a lot of MTB products. Good Selection, decent prices, and great staff!
