Terrible customer service every time we go in. They have the market cornered for Whitby Wildcats and Wolves and know the customer is stuck with them. Any question gets a response of, “I don’t know.” All employees would rather be elsewhere. It’s a shame.

Great service. They sharpened my skates, took my trade in and gave me money off the new stuff I was getting

Don't bother wast...

Don't bother wasting your time if you're trying to trade something in. They only accept 6 brands and you can only trade in that item for the same item. (A pair of skates for a pair skates)
