Pretty disappointing. We will not use Jason again. We had a basement flood, we called him and he was great at coming out quickly. We paid him to resolve the issue. He claims to provide flood clean/restoration service. After his work, the next morning the basement carpet was still stained, still flood water saturated and starting to smell. We ended up completely removing all the carpet and pad. It was a health issue. As an "expert" he should have known how to properly do the work. Total waste.

I highly recommend Jason and his company, Complete Steam Clean. Our carpeting always looks and feels brand new after Jason’s annual visit, even in the heaviest traffic areas. Jason's work and professionalism are exceptional, with the utmost eye to detail and customer satisfaction. A really great experience at a very fair price. A++.

EXCELLENT JOB. I can not believe how clean everything looked. I have had my carpets and upholstery cleaned annually. Nothing ever looked as good, clean and like new after Jason left. He did a great job. As well, he was a nice guy, very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks Janson.

Awesome job!

Bought a house with bad pet odor and really dirty ceramic. Complete Stream was very efficient and work was outstanding! The odor is gone and the grout looks amazing! So happy with their work. They ate respectable, informative and careful with my home. Definitely recommend Complete Steam. Great job!

Sparkles

I got my complete house clean top from bottom. Have all carpets and they look like new. Was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend getting work done by him. I have my own carpet cleaner machine and doesn't do as good job as he does.

Great Job

Jason came to my home in August 2012 to steam clean 2 carpeted rooms and 2 rooms of tile. The tile and grout had never been steam cleaned in 8 years. They looked brand new when he was done. And the carpets looked fresh and clean too. Jason is very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend him and his company.
