I found the owner/operator showed very little patience was rude and condescending. He replaced a transmission and the car was given back to me prior to being adjusted properly. When I made a request for some additional service I was met with rudeness and a condescending attitude. I was told the transmission repair would be extensive rather than just an adjustment. I researched the problem myself and fixed the issues with a minor gear mechanism adjustment which Dan would not even try to do.
