Overpriced salon, and if you miss an appointment, they only rebook you if you agree to pay for your missed appointment. Nice customer retention strategy, if you don't mind being blackmailed! ? Best to find another salon with less of an ego. One that genuinely cares about its clients, and less about their egos.
