Si votre évier, votre bain ou votre toilette est vraiment bouché, vous devriez faire affaire avec un ÉGOUTIER et non pas un PLOMBIER. Avec Drain-Clair, cela a été rapide, bien fait et 3 fois moins cher (319$) que la plus haute estimation que j'ai reçue d'un plombier (900 $). En plus Sam le répartiteur est efficace et très sympathique.

ATTENTION ce ne s...

ATTENTION ce ne sont pas des plombiers. Ils ne font que déboucher des tuyaux et ça coute le prix d'un médecin spécialiste. Je viens d'apprendre après 2 interventions de + de 300$ chacune que l'employé n'avait aucune licence et compétence de plombier.

Responsable & competent

We have a duplex and our main drain that all our kitchens drained to was clogged. It had to be cleared via a drain and pipe that led underground. The technician that came had trouble opening the drain in our basement, it was old and rusted. In the end, he couldn't do it and he didn't want to continue further because he wouldn't be responsible for breaking it or any crack that would result. Good thing we decided to test it nonetheless to make sure he didn't crack it already and low and behold, there was a crack and a leak due to his manipulations. At this point, I believe we were all freaking out. We were freaking out because we didn't think he would fix it. He would charge us for doing nothing and then tell us to find a master plumber to fix the drain and make it openable and then call them back. He was freaking out because he didn't know how to fix it and was probably thinking he would get in trouble with the company. Thank goodness the owner is a master plumber and likely makes an appearance when there are such emergencies. The technician called his boss who said he would come the next day to fix it. The master plumber/owner came as discussed, cut out the leaky piece and retrofitted with a new piece in less then 30 mins. Once the opening was fixed, they cleared out our pipes as orginally agreed upon. The pipe fixing was at no cost since it was a result of the technician handling it. I was impressed with the integrity and responsability that the owner showed. These guys aren't cheap but they're professional and they took care of the complications that arose properly. It's hard to find responsable & competent companies for older houses, straightforward things always become a bit more complicated. I'm glad we selected these guys, I would use them again in the future. Oh yes and our drain was cleared well, we got to see the results via a camera and the ultimate proof was draining from the kitchens with no problem.
