Don’t bother , my thermopump had actually sunk into the ground and was falling over , this was on a Saturday. They said that it wasn’t urgent and not to worry , said they would come Tuesday. They didn’t show and didn’t call or respond to multiple messages . Wasted time waiting ... very unprofessional .
