He changed a panel for me it took him 10 hours and he needed help from someone else. Had a actual professional change another for me and it took 4 hours and he had no help. He lied to me about my house not being grounded and it was in fact grounded. He changed the price and I ended up being overcharged. He also said we had to dig a hole for the ground the other electrician laughed at him. DO NOT USE HIM.
