WE ARE A BUSINESS AND ARE HAVING HARD TIME TO GET GEMSTELECOM TO FIX OUR PHONE LINE. BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH FOR 3 MONTHS. THE TECHNICIANS ARE JERKING PEOPLE AROUND SINCE THERE IS NOT MONITORING WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NOT THE FIRST ONE TO COMPLAIN.
