Horrible and disrespectful. I contacted them to inquire about sending a fragile item. After asking small simple questions the agent hung up on me!
I live on third floor of apartment building with no elevators. I received a heavy package and delivery man refused to drop it at my apartment door even though I said I would close my door. Reason for me asking for it to be dropped at my door is because I have problems with my back and legs. This service is horrible and I wouldn’t advise anyone to ever use it. Heartless people.
Horrible company! I had to contact the seller many times (through Amazon) to get my order delivered. Unbelievable that this company is still in business. After 2 tentatives they attempt to charge you again for the shipping. Dirty tricks. Avoid it all cost!
Pire expérience de livraison de colis à vie. DHL et Loomis, plus jamais!!!! Ça fait un mois que j’essais d’avoir mon colis. J’ai parlé à 10 personnes, fait une vingtaine d’appels, et toujours rien. On se fou du client. Les gens on ZÉRO initiative et ils suivent leur petite procédure qui ne mène jamais nulle part.
UN HUMAIN svp UN nu de telephone SVP quel mauvais service. Ca fait 4 jours que je courre après mon paquet. Il devait être livré a un walmart (service pas mieux...), et ils l ont livrés a un dépot loomis a 40 minutes de chez -moi. Plus jamais avec eux.
