Unusual business...
The quality and selection they have there is impressive. What is NOT impressive is their "surprise". We ordered flooring at $2.50 a sq.ft, which they told us was $1.00 to install. They then ask for a downpayment before they estimate. The estimator jumped that cost up to $10 per square foot = no deal. So if this is their typical business practice, I'd still go there to buy the flooring -- heck it's inexpensive -- but think twice before you think they'll install it.
