This is the worst snow removal service I ever employed. The owner is impolite when criticizid very politely. Rude when tired. No manners. He works doing stairs and drives truck so is dead beat. Only cleans half the stairs by pushing the snow aside. Does not clean porch completely as supposed. I accumulated 3 inch of ice because of negligent work removing snow. Have to pay extra people to hire to do the work they are paid for. Never been so unsatisfied in such a service. Not recommended. Pass!!!
