I purchased a new 2025 Mazda 3 on April 23rd. As a loyal customer since 2009, my experience with Mazda de Laval has been deeply disappointing. Shortly after delivery, I found a factory paint defect with active corrosion at the right taillight seam—clearly not wear but a missed PDI issue. Despite providing photos, the dealership has ignored us. This violates Quebec consumer law. I expect immediate action or I will escalate to Mazda Canada and pursue legal remedies.
