delayed delivery over 6 weeks from original date, no warning. cutoff to change delivery is 3 days prior to date, yet they call the day before to give a non-negotiable time frame. following which they cancel order and keep the shipping fee. The client must accommodate Structube, as they do not offer any service after pressed PAY button. Truly abysmal experience
