NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE AT ALL When you zip the zipper up, invariably it catches in the very loose fabric underneath the zipper and over time, i.e. only a few times, it starts to tear the fabric. The only way to zip these up and down is to put your finger underneath the zipper as you zip it up AND down. Keep in mind, my wife also bought a pair and the exact same problem occurs with hers. Design flaw.
