I had THE WORST experience a enterprise, if I could give negative stars, I would. On top of not giving me the car that i reserved, i got charged for an extra day that i didn't even have the car for all because one of their employees gave me false information. And when i tried to call to work things out, i either got put on hold or the person would say “oh, I’ll check things out and call you back” and then never call me back. Terrible terrible service.

Due to travel issues,I was 2 hours late for my reservation. When I arrived during normal business hours, there was no one. I called & spoke with the manager, Karim H. He said he cancelled my reservation after 1 hour. I have never seen this policy & I could not find it stated anywhere. I apologized & asked if I could still get it. He said I must wait 45 min. The way he spoke to me was appalling. He berated me, was condescending & rude. There are plenty of bad reviews online that reiterate this
