This is my exact experience. They will pitch you. They will get you excited. They will say things to you like, You wont be dissappointed. They will sign you. They will take your info. They will record your bank account information. They will schedule a walkthrough of your place. Then.... they will disappear on you. They will stop replying via all channels. And suddenly you will be left wondering if you have been scammed. You will wonder if your property is in danger. Stay away.
