The building at 461 Willibrord, Verdun, is managed by RH Management. Their "management" is hard to define between a joke and a nightmare. These people are aware of the damage caused by the concierge and his partner who smoke cigarettes CONSTANTLY everywhere inside the building turning the air unbreathable. They know it's a health risk because one person died of cancer and another one currently suffers from it, yet they don't care. Don't rent from these cynical scammers!
