Chateau Grosvenor is an extremely unprofessional apartment complex. It consistently smells like smoke, the manager is disrespectful and inconsiderate, and there is an extreme lack of resources. There are only 3 laundry machines for a building that hosts approx 70 apartments, my apartment has been entered without permission at least three times (and they have damaged some furniture), the hot water has stopped working on occasions. There is no fan for the oven/stove tops and nothing close properly
