As a child of the forties, I would thoroughly enjoy the schmaltz herring my mom and grandma would prepare annually to break the Hebrew Yom Kippur fast. I now equally enjoy your product recently purchased and further enhanced with the addition of garlic and onion as originally enjoyed.
