Worst customer service ever! They have a rude janitor in their Sherbrooke buildings. Every time a problem happens it takes ages for the company to respond (if they respond)

West Island Building was heated to over 26C all winter. Everyone has to keep their windows open to not be too hot. Management pretends they aren’t aware of any issue. Management is rude, unhelpful and not sympathetic. Appartements are not well insulated and sound travels from the hallways and staircase into the appartements.

They did not heat their Saint-Elzear Ouest apartments till now, October 9. The contract states that heating should start on the first of October! I think this company has a very low quality.
