Dealing with Katia was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Really enjoyed dealing with her. Our issue was with the products. We paid a lot more (3-4 times more than similar products at Home Depot) to avoid issues reported at HD with things like bath showerheads leaking. Unfortunately, the expensive ones leak as much as more affordable items. We were told to shake the shower heads for a few minutes which is ridiculous for $2000 showerhead to leak on floor and that is the solution.
