Lack of professionalism, no customer service, rude employees, it’s a total disaster company, they left a mattress of another customer all day on the street like that, they just don’t care
Worse experience ever (Montreal Branch). They have two addresses listed (??) but anyways it's the same company name Tippet Richardson located in Pointe Claire. -They totally ignore you once you have damage claims -Agents unresponsive unless you double, triple, quadruple, ask them the samething. -Zero customer service overall. Head office knows nothing and will not provide any help. -NO updates at all on your shipment status unless you ask it SEVERAL times. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the extra stress, you've been warned!
