We are very happy with our Murphy bed from Limuro. The service was professional and helpful all along. The men who came to install it were careful and considerate - putting down packing blankets and such to protect our home. It looks great and we could not be happier. Also, this is the only company where we found a lateral bed which was better suited for our room.

Installation déficiente et désagréable, manque d’information pour l’utlisation du kit bureau adjacent au lit, finalement non fonctionnel pour les branchements électriques Frais pour revenir ajuster et même pas corrigé ! Dommage c’est mon 2e lit Boomerang. Recommande pas Limuro payer 5-6000$ devrait offrir meilleur installation et suivi après vente

Although having paid for the “premium” mechanism with 25 year guarantee, a spring broke in under 2 years. I was informed the service charge was $225 +taxes, otherwise I could purchase the new parts for $235 +taxes and claim a refund if I later returned the broken parts. As this is a specialized product, I was told changing the parts myself was of high physical risk. The guarantee is rather useless from a consumer perspective
