Horrible!! Spent two entire days waiting for a technician, only to be yelled at and told my appointment was cancelled when I called to inquire. Rude, disorganized and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

le frigo n'avais pas tous ses accessoires à la livraison et ne fonctionne déjà plus 1 mois après....service clientèle désastreuse...ne jamais acheter là-bas
I spent over 2000$ on all my electros at this place. We had to have repair people and installation people out FOUR times (in stead of 1) due follow through with promises and then to fix a fridge which broke immediately. I had to call multiple times each time to actually reach them, since they severall times didn't call back as promised. To their credit, they did fix the fridge eventually. Later, since we had to move after 5 months, I phoned back to ask whether they were interested in buying back our fridge. The owner gave said no. I kindly asked where they got their equipment from, and he said "None of your business" and hung up immediately!! !?
