Please NEVER consider hiring them. There have been multiple counts of theft done in our building over the last 1+ year and this company has done nothing. They have not secured any of the living areas with security or cameras, and they fail to respond. It's possible that their own staff/cleaners are responsible for this theft. They have owners who are smoking within their units, something that is illegal. They do nothing about this as well, even when there is proof and many complaints from people

Terrible! They charge you as owner and still have to pay your condo fees. If you don’t comply the will make your live a nightmare.

Best managers, they fixed damages in few weeks, which were neglected for so long from previous managers. They are also very easy to reach, on the phone too !

They never answer the phone and have no control at the General Assembly. Not professional!
