Ozzy is Very friendly and helpful in explaining to us what to do on our furnace when it stop working .services was fair on price since he had to checked on us during weekends.$99 for labor and $110 for parts change.i highly recommend them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are crooks!!! They charged me $530 to replace on o ring on my water softener. I asked the tech how much the part cost and he refused to tell me. They won't break it down by parts cost and say that they charge per "task". I called Culligan and since I didn't have the part number, they said $5-$45. Even if it was $45 for the part, that means Guardian charged me $485 for the 1 hour of labor it took to install it. Save your self money and go anywhere but to Guardian.

Technician was on time, very thorough and explained some things to keep an eye on in regards to the furnace for the future. Would definitely recommend and very pleased with the service Gusrdian provided.
Great on time service! They gave me a courtesy call before coming over. Explained in detail what they were going to do, asked about any issues with the appliances, and showed pictures of work that was done. I really liked the membership option and jumped aboard. Mark and Brian were really great! 10/10 would recommend!
New to the area and heard about them through the Shaun Newman Podcast. Guardian spec'd and installed a large heat recovery ventilation unit in a very tight mechanical room in a house over 100 years old. The cost was a bit higher than other contractors but the unit is top shelf (it's why I chose them) and the contractors were FANTASTIC. They actually caused more work for themselves (no additional cost to me) talking me into a more difficult but more suitable inlet/exh location. Very tidy install!
Just want to say thanks so much for the time and quickness of the fix on my whole furnace situation would recommend you guys to anyone out there. Also thanks again boys from the bottom of ones heart thanks so much me and the kiddos be warm tonight again really appreciate that! ???
