Undoubtedly the worst experience ever having to deal with Axer. I called on the 24th December for towing services, after explaining my position to Aaron and that the my vehicle was not driveable. Three days later and no one from Axer showed tow my vehicle, nor has anyone had the common courtesy to call me and justify their lack of service. If I had been stranded in the cold weather, I wonder how they would explain this. Very very poor customer service. I will not recommend this company.
