The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and services, making sure that you have the proper lotions for your desired affect. I am so pleased with North Nanaimo Early Learning Centre. My daughter loves it there so much she doesn't want to be picked up! She has not only learned her alphabet this year, she has learned the letter sounds and is now reading before entering Kindergarten. She has also learned to count & can make it to 100. The program is more than I expected in a day care - it really is an "early learning centre".
