I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

Jamie Bruce was excellent from start to finish with my accident. Every legal questioned answered, with everything explained in plain language. Jamie over the four years it took to settle my claim, which was much quicker, then expected. I cant stress how important it is to have a lawyer and staff that care. Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Was not rushed and a very comfortable experience. I would recommend Maple Cell Pho

My experience with this location was wonderful. I went in for a teeth cleaning and filling and left with a bright smile. Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Additionally, I loved the tv on the ceiling. Great for distracting oneself.
