These people have looked after me for a few years now and I find them friendly, professional and very, very helpful! They are quick to respond and fix any problems quickly! I don't know much about computers so I am sure glad I picked these fellows to be there for me. They take the time to explain things to me so I understand. Used them yesterday as we had a small flood in the basement when a pipe connection let go. Called them around 5:30 PM and left message with answering service and they called back in under a half hour. They were at our place by 6:30 PM and all repairs and clean up plus another job that I had was completed by 7:30 PM. Very happy with them. Two young guys, very polite and willing to explain what they were doing. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
