We appreciate the professional care and the friendliness of the staff whenever we have to drop our Rottweilers off. We don't trust many to look after our pups but the folks at Springbank Pet Resort do an amazing job. Our recent trip was an extended visit, and they didn't want to leave they were having so much fun. Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. Josaphat and John were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend Naiad!

My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

While Osteria is not designed to be particularly "child friendly," the staff went out of their way to keep our hungry toddler happy during a wait that took longer than anticipated (these things happen when you wander in on a Friday night without reservations).
The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. If I lived in the neighborhood this is definitely a place where I could become a regular. And in the end, the food was well worth the wait. Everything we ate was delicious and fresh.
