Intelligent Office Hamilton used A.S Security & Surveillance for the recent upgrade to our security system. Not only did they provide us with state of the art equipment, the install was very quick and there was zero mess to be dealt with afterward. I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!
