When my septic failed to pump out and filled right up after 2 weeks from emptying, i called Redlac. Terry was helpful, answered all my questions and came in the next day... Half hour later, my septic system was working again... Just before Christmas... He really did a "shitty" job... in a good way ?

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

Old fashioned awesome customer service! They tested my batteries and rather than sell me new ones they pointed out that I hadn’t cleaned my posts they said they were in good shape! No charge. Definitely the place to go for exceptional customer service!

I had major work done at my cabin adding new gas lines, plumbing lines, venting, furnace/ducts throughout in which Roy's people tackled with efficiency and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for the amazing job, quality of work, and great service that Roy’s Plumbing and Heating has provided! Once again got to enjoy an amazing experience here. The ladies are fantastic and super clean taking the proper procedures for Covid. I came right before the last shit down and told them it was so good id be bringing people to them for business. I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

The staff at the Rexall Drugs, St Albert store are consistently courteous & friendly. I like not having to walk to the back of the store to have a prescription filled. I can easily locate and OTC medications I for which I might have a need. Yes, 5 stars for sure.
