Came here with my mother to get her a Christmas present, as she loves Pandora. There were a lot of people in the store, and the staff were quite busy, but someone attended to us within 2 minutes of our arrival. Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in.

I have had very good experiences at the Brick with Jessica.
She was very knowledgeable on all the purchases that I wanted.
Unfortunately the delivery on my last purchase resulted in damage.
I notified Jessica immediately and within hours I was told the item
