I love that I can trust Carter to care for my pets any time I go away. He always makes sure to follow my detailed instructions exactly and even will send photos of my babies to me from his visits. I travel a lot for business, and most is short notice. I have used the dog sitting service at least a dozen times in a twelve month period. Hug a pup is very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. The facility is clean, warm and very low stress for the dogs. My dog is very excited to go and I have no worries when she is at her home away from home. Cathie does a great job.

Dear Larry I am writing to say thank you for the excellent service I just received from one of your drivers by the name of Mike. I just had my driveway done in stone and Mike had to deal with trees over the driveway {scratching his aluminum box} and a hydro line. The purpose was to do a 300' run of 9' wide through these interferences. With caution, extra time on his part and attention to safety A JOB WELL DONE !!

Staff are friendly and efficient. Even sent a pharmacist to my house and to over my meds. They then phoned my doctor with a couple or suggestions which my doctor readily agreed to. On top of that they delivered my meds to my home. How can you beat that?
