Been going to the polish bar for nails and pedicures for some time now. Each time I go in a know Im in good hands, the atmosphere is great, very relaxing, very clean, friendly and professional . I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!
