I've had Willits Electric in for three jobs, the last one being complete knob and tube replacement. It was a huge job with lots of stress attached. Fortunately Mike's electricians were extremely professional, respectful, friendly, efficient, and I felt like I could completely trust them with my home and belongings. I love this store, staff are always friendly and they only buy quality merchandise which is great for me when I'm shopping there! The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.

Rocky and his crew did and amazing job of replacing brick from the front of our house. Replacement required due to cheap mesh used by previous installer.
Chris did the demo and Adam the install and did great job!
