The whole process was pretty straightforward.They showed up when they said they would, got the job done, and didn’t leave a mess behind. I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common. I trust this team with my vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

We have bought all of our appliances at Royal, most recently a dishwasher which was delivered and installed promptly.

Fantastic service. I am a pretty needy customer, and Clint and the team accommodated me at every step. The end result was a fantastic drive and some much-needed help with the hardscaping. Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! Peter provided great advice preparing the house for listing, assisting in final touches , showing and selling the property.
