Highly recommend. I used to go to a big box pharmacy. I switched to after having some issues at the big box. This pharmacy has knowledgeable staff, friendly service and is a more intimate setting where I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask questions. A true gem in the downtown core. !!

Very good staff. They listen, are patient, and get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. My family and I have been using this pharmacy you a year now and have been very pleased with the professional care shown by the entire staff. Plus, the building has a huge parking lot that always has space for your car and two exits and entrances that make it easy to come and go. During the winter, the lot and sidewalks are cleared and maintained. Well maintained building inside and out.

I have been using Chapmans for all of my pharmacy needs since 1996 and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been willing to go that "extra mile" to see that all my medication and pharmacy are met. My husband has some serious health issues, so it is a good feeling to know that I can count on the staff at Chapmans to ensure that his refill reminders are handled on time, and all medications are available when needed. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff. The cashiers make friendly conversation and the pharmacists will make sure to pull you aside for a talk if they are concerned about something. It’s a nice feeling.
