At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

I needed a driveway widened at a duplex I owned and I found Johnny to be very responsive. He showed up on time to give me a quote, and there was no pressure to to get a sale. A modest deposit sealed the deal. Johnny took the time to explain the process, and clarify the type of asphalt to be used, and how they would protect the root system of a nearby tree. For such a small store, they have great selection, and the staff are always pleasant, and get me what I want. I prefer this smaller store. It meets all my needs in service and selection.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.
