We just had our gas fireplace cleaned and checked by Rooz of RGS. He was very thorough (even painted some small rusty parts), courteous and friendly. He explained how everything worked and what to do just in case we encounter problems. He did so much more than the guy we previously hired, and for the same price. We highly recommend Rooz and RGS.

the very best service experience! I was not expecting a confirmation courtesy call informing us our pre-paid delivery arrived on time. Seems things have changed from others comments 6-8 months ago. Very reasonable cost as well considering the price of gas these days. Many thanks again!
